Scott Abram is an experienced leader with a robust background in operations management, talent development, and over two decades of military service encompassing both active and reserve service in the U.S. Army. He joins the Boulder Crest Foundation from a role as the Senior Learning Manager at an Amazon Fulfillment Center, where he orchestrated all learning activities for a 3,000+ member organization. His leadership was pivotal in crafting innovative development programs that were adopted at multiple facilities across the country, resulting in tangible advancements in operational efficiency and leadership capability. Scott has remained engaged in supporting veterans and first responders, including a role in launching and serving as President of an Employee Resource Group focused on those populations that enhanced employee engagement while fostering community outreach and partnerships. Beyond his professional commitments, Scott serves his local community as a Search and Rescue Volunteer with the Southern Arizona Rescue Association. He holds a BS in Political Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word. Scott and his wife, Monica, reside in Tucson, while his daughter, Linnea (22), lives in Texas.
