Brian Gast

Brian Gast is an executive coach, top team facilitator, author and retreat leader. Brian combines his experience as an executive and entrepreneur and trusted advisor to hundreds of leaders of the world’s most dynamic organizations to navigate pragmatic yet transformational change that expands leadership capacity and organizational performance. Brian’s clients include Fortune 1000 companies as well as private regional companies: Roche Pharmaceuticals, DeVry, Inc., Cisco Systems, Polycom Corporation, Clear Channel Communications, and Stryker Corporation. Brian is also a Certified Forum Resource for Young Presidents’ Organization.

Randy Hetrick is founder and CEO of TRX, one of the world’s leading training brands, and creator of the Suspension Trainer®–perhaps the most prolific piece of exercise equipment in history.  Over the past three decades Randy’s unique resume includes: collegiate athlete, 14-year Navy SEAL Officer, bootstrap entrepreneur, multi-patented inventor, and growth company CEO whose company earned multiple placements on the rosters of the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies and Outside Magazine Best Places to Work.  Randy holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where he is a contributing lecturer on entrepreneurship, branding and leadership and is a regular keynote speaker to corporations and non-profits alike.  He recently added television to his resume as host of Spike TV’s reality series “Sweat Inc.”

Dr. Mike Hemphill

Dr. Mike Hemphill is the Director for Academic Programming at the Clinton Foundation He is also Director of the Presidential Leadership Scholars program, a collaboration among four presidential centers that gives its participants an unprecedented interactive exploration of leadership with contributions from nationally recognized leadership faculty, senior-level members of former presidential administrations, and the participation of Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.

Dr. Hemphill has been Provost of Centenary College of Louisiana, served as an inaugural faculty member and Chief Academic Officer at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, and spent 24 years on the faculty of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he served as Chair of the Department of Speech Communication and Dean of the College of Professional Studies.

Mike’s teaching and scholarship has focused on interpersonal and organizational communication and he was recognized as the outstanding classroom teacher in the University of Arkansas system. As a practitioner, Mike has delivered hundreds of workshops and presentations for corporations and professional organizations.
