Prior to launching his coaching practice, Brian was the CEO of three telecommunications companies—including one publicly traded company and one owned by private equity investors. Prior to becoming a CEO, Brian was a banker and venture capitalist. Brian is the author of the award-winning book, The Business of Wanting More: Why Some Executives Go from Success to Fulfillment and Others Don't. Brian is a member of YPO Gold. He lives in Littleton, Colorado.
Dr. Mike Hemphill is the Director of Academic Programming at the Clinton Foundation. As such, Dr. Hemphill is leading the curriculum development of the Presidential Leadership Scholars Program. Prior to joining the Clinton Foundation, Dr. Hemphill served as Provost and Dean of Centenary College of Louisiana. Prior to his time at Centenary College, Dr. Hemphill was the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Chief Academic Officer at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. Dr. Hemphill also spent 24 years as faculty of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he served as Chair of the Department of Speech Communication and Dean of the College of Professional Studies. Dr. Hemphill holds a Ph.D. and a Masters degree from the University of Iowa.

Randy holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where he is a contributing lecturer on entrepreneurship, branding and leadership and is a regular keynote speaker to corporations and non-profits alike. He recently added television to his resume as host of Spike TV’s reality series “Sweat Inc.”
Lt. General Horaho is the first woman and nurse to serve as a military surgeon general, serving as the 43rd U.S. Army Surgeon General and commanding general of the US. Army Medical Command. In her 33-year career with the Army, Horoho held every level of leadership in Army Medicine and served as commander of Western Regional Medical Command, based in Fort Lewis, Wash.; Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Wash.; Walter Reed Health Care System in Washington, D.C.; and DeWitt Army Community Hospital in Fort Belvoir, Va. She also served as the special assistant to the commander for the International Security Assistance Force Joint Command in Afghanistan.

Dr. Lewis is the President and founder of the Brain Health Education and Research Institute. He is an expert on nutritional interventions for brain health, particularly the use of omega-3 fatty acids for the prevention, management, and rehabilitation of concussions and traumatic brain injury (TBI). He founded Brain Health Education and Research in late 2011 upon retiring as a Colonel after a distinguished 31 year career in the U.S. Army. His pioneering work in the military and since has helped thousands of people around the world and regularly featured in the media including CNN’s Sanjay Gupta MD show and numerous radio shows and podcasts. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and Tulane University School of Medicine. Dr. Lewis is board-certified and a Fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine and the American College of Nutrition. He completed post-graduate training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Johns Hopkins University, and Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. He is currently in private practice in Potomac, Maryland (BrainCARE – www.BrainCARE.center), is a consultant to the U.S. Army and Navy as well as several organizations, institutes, and nutrition companies around the world, and a founding member of the Pop Warner Youth Football Medical Advisory Board.
