Austin Jones is Director of Investments at Arcis, where he leads acquisitions, platform growth, and capital allocation across a national portfolio of hospitality and leisure assets. Over the past two years, he has spearheaded several high-profile transactions that have accelerated Arcis’ expansion and cemented its position as one of the most active investors in the sector.
Previously, Austin served as an Associate at Beowulf Energy in New York, focusing on private-equity investments and asset management in energy infrastructure and emerging technologies. He began his career as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, leading high-performing teams and managing complex engineering systems in mission-critical environments.
Austin brings to Boulder Crest a blend of investment discipline, strategic planning, and frontline leadership experience. Having watched close friends battle the invisible wounds of war, he is deeply committed to Boulder Crest’s Posttraumatic Growth approach for active-duty service members, veterans, first responders, and their families.
He holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, where he captained the men’s tennis team, and remains an avid player in Dallas, Texas.
