The Property Manager is responsible to the Executive Director and Operations Manager for the maintenance, upkeep, management, and cleanliness of all buildings and facilities on the Boulder Crest Virginia grounds to include residing onsite in the housing provided in order to be available for security and emergency situations.

Boulder Crest Virginia

Boulder Crest Virginia is looking for a Equine/Recreational Coordinator!

The Equine/Recreational Coordinator is responsible to the Operations Manager for the care coordination, medical appointments, and overall wellness for our 3 horses onsite, covered horse arena, and 3 acres of pasture to include mucking pastures, fence repair, grooming. Additionally, Equine/Rec. coordinator is responsible for planning, preparing, maintenance of supplies, and coordinating recreational activities (i.e. archery, hiking, kayaking, fishing) and equine-based programs for guests of the Retreat. Through hands-on interaction with guests using outdoor recreational and equine activities, the Equine/Recreational Coordinator helps guests improve mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing; reduce depression, stress, and anxiety; build confidence; reinforce effective social skills; boost creativity and have fun.

The PATHH Guides of Boulder Crest Foundation are responsible to the Program Director for the planning, preparation, coordination, and delivery of PATHH programs focused on cultivating and facilitating for combat veterans and their family members, and first responders who are struggling with stress. Through intensive and immersive training, PATHH Guides enable participants to transform times of deep struggle into profound strength and lifelong growth, and live the great lives they deserve – full of passion, purpose, growth, and service.
