Britt Myers is the Chief Storytelling Officer and Content Producer at the Boulder Crest Foundation. In her role, Britt leads the organization’s storytelling and narrative strategy, elevating real stories of transformation and growth to deepen connection, understanding, and impact.
With more than 15 years of experience in journalism, content strategy, and communications, Britt’s career has consistently centered on telling human stories with clarity and purpose. She began her career in professional sports media, covering the NHL and NBA and working in broadcast and digital roles, including as a sideline reporter for FOX Sports Florida. There, she learned to look beyond the stat lines to capture the people, pressure, and perseverance behind elite performance — an approach that continues to shape her work today.
Before joining Boulder Crest, Britt held senior leadership roles at prominent veteran service organizations, where she led national storytelling and strategy efforts supporting veterans, first responders, military families, and individuals with rare medical diagnoses. She has authored hundreds of long-form stories that honor lived experience and courage, elevating voices and driving meaningful change.
Britt’s commitment to this work is deeply personal. She comes from a family shaped by service: her parents are Army veterans, her father dedicated 30 years to law enforcement, and her brothers serve on active duty. Supporting the military and first responder community is part of her family’s story.
Britt is an avid runner and reader, a lifelong Cleveland sports fan (and proud Buckeye—Go Bucks), and loves spending time with her husband and two amazing kids.
