Caroline Brown

Grants Manager

Caroline Brown serves as the Grants Manager at Boulder Crest Foundation and a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Born and raised in Winchester, Virginia, Caroline’s commitment to service and community was shaped early by her family’s example of giving back and lifting others.

She began her career in Satellite Communications at a Forward Air Control post, later serving in Job Control and completing assignments in support of counternarcotics operations across Central and South America. Those experiences taught her courage, precision, and the importance of teamwork under pressure, lessons that have guided her ever since.

Following her military service, Caroline built a diverse career spanning business, healthcare, and nonprofit leadership. Whether leading community initiatives, serving on the board of a law enforcement foundation, or helping organizations grow through philanthropy, she has remained guided by one purpose: to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Caroline lives a life rooted in service, gratitude, and constant growth. She is the proud mother of two adult sons who share her devotion to serving others. Her own journey of resilience and reinvention reflects the heart of Boulder Crest’s mission: that through struggle, we find our strength, our purpose, and our ability to thrive.

“The only thing that stands between you and your dream is the story you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t achieve it.” — Jordan Belfort
