Erin Pelletier

Grants Manager

Erin Pelletier serves as the Grants Manager at Boulder Crest Foundation, where she oversees the organization’s growing portfolio of grants. In this role, she manages data tracking and reporting, crafts tailored proposals and impact reports, and researches new funding opportunities to ensure the long-term sustainability of Boulder Crest and its transformative programs.

Erin joined the team in June 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in fundraising and development writing. She began her career at Martha’s Table, a community-based nonprofit in Southeast D.C., and later served as Development Writer for the University of Texas at Austin’s College of Natural Sciences. Erin went on to support principal gift fundraising at the United States Naval Academy Foundation and Johns Hopkins University, managing multimillion-dollar philanthropic partnerships. Her work has consistently focused on connecting mission-driven organizations with supporters who are committed to making a lasting impact.

Erin holds an M.A. in political science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a B.A. in political science and German studies from the University of Miami. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, son, and dog, and is inspired by collaboration with her colleagues who change the world for the better every day.
