Justin Organ

PATHH Guide

Justin was born in Mesa, AZ and lived there until he was 10 years old.  At this time his family moved to south Gilbert, which at the time was a rural area, their home was surrounded by dairies and farm fields.  Justin grew up around horses and cattle, he grew up hunting and fishing and loved being outdoors.  After graduating from high school, he served a two-year mission for his church, where he really began to understand his love for serving others.  When he got home from his mission, he married his high school sweetheart, and they started their family.

Justin was hired by the Mesa Police Department in January 2002.  Once he graduated from the police academy he worked 7 years as a patrol officer, working the graveyard patrol shift.  In February of 2009 Justin joined the Mesa Police Department’s SWAT team.  Justin spent the last 13 years of his career on the full-time SWAT team.  In June of 2022 Justin was medically retired from the Police department.

After retiring Justin struggled with loss of purpose and identity as well as continuing to deal with trauma experienced from his 20-yr career.  In July of 2023 one of his closest friends, who he served with in the police department, took his own life.  This event rocked Justin and really caused Justin to reflect on his own life and purpose.  A friend strongly suggested Justin attend Warrior Pathh.   Taking his friends advice, he attended Warrior PATHH and now lives a life of service, purpose, and direction serving as a PATHH Guide.

Justin lives with his wife Ginger in Nutrioso, AZ.  They have 4 children: Bailee, Zachary, Shaycee, Colton.  Bailee is married to her husband CJ and they have two sons: Bennett and Hayes.  Justin loves spending time with his family.  He loves spending time outdoors, hiking, hunting, riding dirt bikes, and riding mountain bikes.
