LJ is an outcome-driven leader with over 30 years of commercial, federal, and global experience in learning, talent enablement, training operational services and executive communications. As a functional and technical visionary, she has applied human-centric approaches, new technology, and data-driven learning insights to solve business challenges. In addition to working with clients, she led Accenture’s design development, and evaluation of over 20 million hours of learning annually across 125+ locations, by 1,200+ learning professionals with. budget of $980M year over year.
As part of her commitment to veterans, JD drove development and implementation of Accenture’s Veteran Integration Program to integrate new joiner veteran hires into the corporate environment and into their Accenture roles. She sponsored development of, and provided resources for, the creation of Accenture’s Suicide Prevention Program. Additionally, she participated in Accenture’s North America’s Military Employee Resource Group (MERG) doing mock interviews with veterans, attending welcome socials, and providing 1:1 leadership coaching.
