We created the PTG Training program to meet a growing need—professionals working in healthcare, education, and support roles are often on the front lines of trauma. This program equips them to recognize the potential for growth in the aftermath of struggle and to actively support it. Our goal is to transform how people understand and respond to trauma—not just to heal, but to grow.”

What is Posttraumatic Growth?

Posttraumatic Growth is a positive psychological transformation that can happen after trauma. PTG demonstrates that when we’re forced to reflect on our lives and make sense of the destruction caused by trauma, our struggles can become a catalyst for change. Trauma does not have to be the end of the road, rather it can be the path to a new beginning.
