Programs for PTSD

Our veteran and first responder communities are struggling under the weight of trauma. They desperately deserve an innovative and lasting approach – one founded on hope and possibility.

Our programs are built for Warriors, by Warriors. We use the science of Posttraumatic Growth (PTG) to help participants and their families transform struggle and trauma into lifelong growth and strength.

Warrior PATHH is the first training program to enable our nation’s combat veterans and first responders to transform deep struggle into profound strength and lifelong Posttraumatic Growth (PTG). Warrior PATHH is a 90-day, non-pharmacological, peer-delivered training program that begins with a 7-day intensive and immersive initiation. This is followed by 3 months of dedicated support, training, accountability, and connection from a team of trained combat veterans and first responders. Warrior PATHH has the goal of creating sustained transformation — this is not a catch and release program.

We focus on training participants to shift their perspective and mindset and offer them a choice: do I want to be a victim and continue to go to these treatments that don’t work, or do I want to be this warrior and forge a new path?

All Warrior PATHH instructors have walked the road from struggle to strength, and the blended team of trained combat veterans and civilian coaches leverages their own experiences to guide students. Warrior PATHH is military style training that harnesses the students strengths, skills, and abilities to engage their minds, bodies, hearts, and spirits, and reconnects them to a new tribe of fellow Warriors.

Struggle Well is a prevention-focused program. By partnering with first responder agencies and active-duty military units, we’re fundamentally changing the culture from the inside-out.

New and engaging approaches for the treatment of PTSD are needed.

History of Innovation

We are an organization that has delivered disruptive innovation time and time again. We built the first, privately-funded wellness center for combat veterans and their families in 2013; created the first-ever program based on the science of PTG in 2014; created the first PTG-based think tank in 2018 with the Boulder Crest Institute for Posttraumatic Growth; established the first PTG-based network with the Avalon Network in 2019; and brought PTG into the world of first responders for the first time in 2021. And we are still just getting started.
