Damian Moreau

PATHH Guide

Damian grew up in a family with a rich and diverse history of serving in the military.  With his father in the Navy, he spent most of his life in the mid-Atlantic region of the US.  Being on the East Coast helped drive his love for military history, so much so he would later obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in it.  He later joined the Army as an Infantryman, completing several tours to Iraq and reaching the rank of Sergeant while assigned to the 187th Infantry Regiment.  After completing his service in the military, he was hired as a Police Officer at a local Virginia agency where he is still currently employed.  During those 16 years as a Law Enforcement Officer, he has been a SWAT Operator, SWAT Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, and Peer to Peer Officer.

Damian and his beautiful wife have been married for 15 years and have one daughter.  As a family, they love to travel and experience other cultures and create positive memories from the experience.  They currently have two horses, a dog, two cats, and a slew of other animals.  With the support of his family, he attended Warrior PATHH in Virginia in November 2021.  He has since been proactive in sharing his experience with fellow officers and fellow veterans, eventually leading others to attend Warrior PATHH and find their own way to thriving.

In his own words: “I am honored to have been given the opportunity to serve as a PATHH Guide helping other veterans and First Responders find their own path to success.”
