Michael Dudik

Groundskeeper

Michael Dudik grew up in Hubbard, Texas, where farm life, close family, and tight-knit community instilled values that have guided him ever since. Raised alongside six siblings, he learned responsibility and perseverance early — tending livestock, working the land, and contributing to a household where everyone carried their share.

Those roots have stayed with him. After graduating from Hubbard High School, Michael spent more than a decade with Brookshire Brothers, becoming a trusted and familiar presence in the community he grew up in. His straightforward work ethic and genuine care for people earned him a reputation for reliability and kindness.

Throughout his life, Michael has continued operating cattle, maintaining a deep connection to the agricultural lifestyle that shaped him. As a father of four, he has worked to pass on the same values — hard work, faith, and commitment to others — that defined his own upbringing.

Michael brings to Boulder Crest Foundation a grounded perspective rooted in rural community life and a genuine investment in the people around him. He believes that lasting change starts with showing up consistently and treating others with respect and values he has lived by from the beginning.
