Ralph was born into a family with a military history and has inspired some of his nephews to follow in his footsteps. He was born and raised in West Texas. He always had a desire to serve his country and joined the US Air Force shortly after 9/11, when he enlisted as a logistics specialist. Over the course of his career, he went on multiple deployments and humanitarian assistance missions. He served 17 ½ years before his medical retirement in 2019. After his retirement, Ralph struggled to adapt to civilian life. In late 2021, he started hitting the lowest point of his life. He didn’t know how bad things were until the “On Duty” Boulder Crest commercial aired. He attended Warrior PATHH at Boulder Crest Virginia in March 2023, and has been able to reconnect with himself and family and play an active role by being present.
He and his beautiful wife Kristina have been married for 12 years. They live with their 2 sons and 2 dogs. As a family, they enjoy spending quality time together BBQing, hiking, fishing, and watching football. Family means everything to Ralph, and it is his greatest joy is seeing the smile on his sons’ faces.
He is privileged to be a part of helping others and having an impact on military, veterans, and first responders on their transformation to alter their path and struggle well. He is grateful and honored to be a part of the Boulder Crest team.
