Rob Gaines is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, leading their Arizona & New Mexico Wealth Management business for the past two decades. Previously, he held advisory and management roles with the firm in Wisconsin.
Beyond Boulder Crest, Rob is deeply involved with the Department of the Air Force and is currently a member of the Air & Space Forces Civic Leader Program. In that role, he provides ideas and feedback to advise the Secretary of the Air Force, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Chief of Space Operations, and Air and Space Forces senior leaders. Additionally, he is a proud supporter of Fighter Country Foundation, America’s Mighty Warriors, and Autism Speaks.
Rob earned a BBA in Finance from The University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and two adult children.
