Holding national certification as an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist with prescriptive authority, she also possesses a senior-level international certification as an Advanced Practice Certified Addiction Nurse granted by the International Society of Nurses on Addictions. Sharon’s illustrious career includes serving as the former president of NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals.
