Tiffany Escalante brings a passion for cooking, gardening, wellness, and service to her role as Culinary & Horticulture Specialist at Boulder Crest Foundation. A Navy spouse of 21 years and the daughter of a firefighter and a nurse, she has a deep personal connection to the military and first responder communities. She is also a Family Warrior PATHH alumna and has volunteered in the Boulder Crest kitchen since 2019.
Tiffany is currently studying Community Psychology and Counseling at New Mexico State University. Her diverse professional background includes working as a personal trainer, where she developed meal plans for clients with varying wellness goals and dietary needs, as well as supporting facilities for the U.S. Department of State with an emphasis on customer service. Fluent in Spanish, she values the ability to make people from different backgrounds feel welcome and cared for.
Tiffany combines her love of healthy, comforting food with her experience in gardening to help create meaningful garden-to-table experiences for Boulder Crest guests. She believes that sharing a meal, working in the garden, and gathering around a table can be simple but powerful ways to foster connection and community.
