Tommy Pippin

Equine/Recreational Coordinator

Tommy is a proud military spouse, and his wife, Elisha, and their children are excited to return to Virginia. Tommy and Elisha grew up in Valdosta, Georgia, which they both would argue is the sports capital of the nation.

Tommy’s professional journey is marked by his strong leadership and operational background. He has dedicated 17 years to law enforcement, serving with the United States Coast Guard, and various local and federal law enforcement agencies. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to start a successful BBQ restaurant chain, where he perfected smoking brisket.  Before joining Boulder Crest, Tommy was an Area Director with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Tommy’s passion for the outdoors and farming started with his family farm in Alabama, where he and his brother tended to the family farm with their grandfather.  He applied that passion as the Farm Manager for Frying Pan Farm Park in Herndon, Virginia. Tommy is thrilled to join Boulder Crest Virginia. He is excited about the opportunity to combine his passion for supporting our military and first responders, farming, and outdoor recreation.

He is honored to join the Boulder Crest Virginia team, and contribute to this dynamic and meaningful mission.
