Military Teen Weekends
We understand the power of peer connection. Our three-day weekend for military teens supports children of those serving in the U.S. military.
The kids that I go to school with aren't really used to having military kids there. Most of them have been living here since they were babies, and I just want to be with kids I can relate to.
Forging the Next Greatest Generation
Boulder Crest Foundation offers Military Teen Weekends each year. This meaningful program allows teenagers the chance to be themselves amongst peers who can truly understand the sacrifices of military families.

It was so great to hang with people who really understand what it's like to be in a military family. Plus, we had so much fun!
We arrived as strangers but by the end of the weekend, I had 18 new best friends.
Many of these activities were adapted from modules taught in our Posttraumatic Growth- based Warrior PATHH program, including archery, equine assisted learning, and team building. Teens have the opportunity to connect with each other during recreational activities such as hiking, rafting, fishing, and nightly bonfire sessions.
