What is tHE Struggle Well experience
The Struggle Well Experience is an intensive and immersive Posttraumatic Growth-based programs designed specifically for current and former members of the first responder community. This 5-day in-residence program, supported by a purpose-built app and lifelong learning, ensures that first responders can transform struggle into strength and Posttraumatic Growth. The program is developed and delivered by first responders for first responders, and speaks to the unique challenges, skills, and abilities of this remarkable community.
Leveraging educational and experiential modules, and the power of nature, the Struggle Well Experience provides a pathway for participants to live the great lives they deserve – filled with passion, purpose, growth, connection, and service.
