What is a Military Teen Retreat?
This meaningful program allows teenagers the chance to be themselves amongst peers who can truly understand the sacrifices of military families. During this retreat, teens participate in activities adapted from modules taught in our Posttraumatic Growth based Warrior PATHH program – including archery, equine assisted learning, and team building – and they have the opportunity to connect with each other during other recreational activities such as hiking, rafting, fishing, and nightly bonfire sessions.
