James Pederson is a seasoned professional in business development and risk management, currently serving as a Senior Executive at Relation Insurance Services. He focuses on delivering effective risk management solutions for top executives, fostering strong client relationships, and facilitating growth.
From 2017 to 2024, James dedicated his efforts to Cowtown Warriors, a nonprofit committed to supporting veterans in North Texas. Under his leadership, the organization enhanced its financial stability and expanded its community outreach, significantly benefiting the veteran community.
James’s career began in the United States Marine Corps infantry, where he completed multiple deployments, developing strong leadership skills and discipline. He later transitioned to the corporate sector, excelling in roles at Lockton Companies and USI Insurance Services, where he aligned risk management initiatives with business objectives.
He holds an Executive MBA from Texas Christian University and a bachelor’s degree in risk management and finance from the University of North Texas, providing a solid foundation for his professional endeavors.
James is passionate about veteran support and actively engages in community initiatives. An avid reader, he continually seeks knowledge and insights to enhance his professional and personal growth. He resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Megan, their children Averi and Collin, and their chubby bulldog, Karl. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family.
