You deserve to live a great life.

You may think something is wrong with you – and worry that you may never be right again. You might be thinking of giving in or giving up. The days are painful and joyless; the nights long and sleepless. We get it. We’ve been there. In those deep, dark holes that seem to know no end. And we have learned a few things about struggle along the way.

You aren’t broken. In fact, there is nothing wrong with you. You just haven't been trained to struggle well. With the right training and practices, you can stop surviving and start living. You can transform the deepest of struggles into the greatest of strengths, and get back on the path to a great life. Join us.

What is Warrior PATHH?

Warrior PATHH is a transformative, lifelong, Posttraumatic Growth-based training program for combat veterans and first responders. The training begins with a 7-day on-site initiation that is followed by 18 months of training delivered by our instructors through our myPATHH platform.

Warrior PATHH enables these remarkable men and women to transform times of deep struggle into profound strength and growth. All Warrior PATHH instructors have walked this road from struggle to strength, and the blended team of trained combat veterans and civilians leverage their own experiences to guide attendees.

Why Does Warrior PATHH Work?

Warrior PATHH works, where mainstream mental health approaches fail, for a number of reasons:

  • Warrior PATHH is built on the decades-old science of Posttraumatic Growth.

  • Warrior PATHH is built on a foundation of transparency, honesty, and mutuality. We do not ask anything of participants that our instructors are not doing or have not already done.

  • Warrior PATHH taps the natural skills abilities and resources of Warriors and leverages our understanding of what was gained and lost in combat.

  • Warrior PATHH connects Warriors who are on similar paths and builds new teams that hold each other accountable.

  • Warrior PATHH utilizes small group sizes (6-8 participants) and one-to-one instructor/student ratios.

  • Warrior PATHH represents years of effort, experience, and understanding into precisely what is required to ensure our Warriors can come all the way home.

  • Warrior PATHH is committed to making lasting and sustainable changes in the lives of combat veterans to ensure they find their path and stay on it.

Who is Eligible for Warrior PATHH?

Warrior PATHH programs are available for both male and female combat veterans — active duty or veteran, and first responders who have been involved in critical incidents.

No clinical diagnosis or prior mental health care is required to attend.

  • MUST be an active, retired, or separated combat veteran; or an active, retired, or separated certified first responder who has been involved in a critical incident.
  • We define a "combat veteran" as anyone who has served in any of the five major branches of service and was deployed in a combat zone. Being a recipient of a Combat Action Ribbon, Combat Infantry/Combat Action Badge is not required; however, as an applicant for the Warrior PATHH you must be able to provide documentation of service and/or support that denotes your areas of service in a combat zone.
  • We define a certified first responder as anyone who has received certification to serve their community as a Police Officer, Sheriff’s Deputy, Corrections Officer, FBI, CIA, U.S. Air Marshal, Marshal Service, EMS/EMT, para-rescue, or firefighter who has been involved in a critical incident, or a frontline healthcare worker.

Testimonials from Students

"I went from a man who was not connected with himself to a man who knew himself and recognized the beauty in his own gentleness and strength. This program was amazing. I am endlessly grateful for the experience. I will be coming back and bearing witness to those who walk the PATHH in the future."

"When I thought there was no hope left for me, the program opened doors and opportunities for me, as well as transformed my life forever. I have many new tools to keep on the right path. Thank you, BCR, for giving me my life back."

"My whole outlook on life has done a complete 180. I could never thank the staff of Warrior PATHH enough for what they’ve done for me. They gave me my second chance."

Someone I care about really needs Warrior PATHH — how do I get them into the program?

Attendance at a Warrior PATHH program is entirely voluntary, and each participant must have a strong desire to attend. Please provide the potential participant with the link to the Warrior PATHH page, and encourage them to complete the Warrior PATHH Application.

I, or someone close to me, is actively suicidal or in acute crisis. What should I do and who should I contact?

Warrior PATHH is for combat veterans and first responders who are struggling. However, if someone is acutely suicidal (talking about suicide, or showing other risk factors related to suicide) or in the midst of crisis and in need of immediate help, please call the Veterans Crisis Line at 1-800-273-8255.
